training swast will provide you with both clinical and driver training, this training will provide you with all the essential skills training you need in order to commence employment as an emergency care assistant. once in role you will be expected to undertake a level 3 qualification in health care which will be a contractual requirement of your role. necessary qualifications full driving licence held for at least one year (a maximum of three points are permitted for some offences) driving licence must contain c1 category (driving vehicle over 3500kg).** gcse (grade a-c) in english and
